Ingredients : Raw vegetables we have - chopped lettuce finely
cut up tomato into small cubes
cut up turnip into small cubes
cut up cucumber into small pieces
soaked raisin

Back to Ingredients : add cubes of avocado
drizzle some lemon juice - amount depends on your taste to sourness
sprinkle some sea salt
Mix them up and ENJOY!

Thanks for sharing Yvonne...it is inspiring. But I got to go the next step to Just Do IT!! more often. 'Junk' food is the easy convenient way out for me. But to be fair to those whom I depend on providing the 'junk' foods in shops/stalls I must receive their meals with gratitude without being critical. Eat with gratitude as it involves so much love and labour. _Chng-
